Program Objectives and Exhibitor Opportunities

Through a series of lectures and case discussions, physician attendees will be provided with a wide variety of up-to-date practical information that can be easily applied to their everyday medical practices. Many of our attendees handle day-to-day medical cases while others serve as medical directors of various companies, clinics, healthcare facilities, public health units, and governmental agencies. Our exhibitors thus have the opportunity to interact with both local and national leaders and decision-makers in occupational and preventive medicine arenas.
The CME program will feature outstanding speakers who are experts in their fields. Sessions will address current and forthcoming medical issues of concern and interest. Topics will have particular appeal to the physicians who practice in the areas of occupational and environmental medicine, aerospace medicine, hyperbaric medicine, disability and impairment evaluations, and public health/general preventive medicine. Through the didactic sessions, refreshment breaks and various social activities, opportunities are provided for participants to interact and learn from their colleagues. Our exhibitors and sponsors are encouraged to provide support for these varied lectures and interchange activities.
The Scientific Expo and Exhibit Hall will open Thursday and Friday, March 18 and 19, from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm. Exhibitor Setup is Wednesday, March 17 from 3:00-6:00 pm.  Breakfast and Mid-morning breaks will be served in, or near, the exhibit hall both open days to promote visitation and interaction with exhibitors. Representatives from pharmaceutical companies, testing labs, device suppliers, physician employers, practice-management, and other medical industry partners will have the opportunity to meet our attendees on an individual basis and spend quality time educating them on new products and approaches to medical issues of common concern. The expo will provide a casual and relaxed atmosphere for professional interchange between attendees and company representatives.
AOCOPM reserves the right to make necessary changes to the program without notice to the attendees.
